Mike called me and came to my house right away when I contacted Home Advisor for help with my oil furnace that wouldn't stay on in severely cold New Hampshire weather. Not only did he repair my furnace and install a new digital thermostat I had, he spent time explaining to me what he was doing and why. He also took the time to look at my pellet stoves that I have been having issues with and looked at the possibility of installing a new oil tank in my basement since my current tank is outdoors, thus requiring expensive kerosene in the winter. I finally found an excellent, local professional to handle all of my heating and plumbing needs!

We had a leak coming from our upstairs tub which was leaving a water mark on our kitchen ceiling. It wasn't clear where it was coming from. Mike was very professional and quick to call back. Usually plumbers and the like are slow to call back and late to the appointment. Sometimes I think that they believe homemakers don't have a schedule! He was the opposite though, he was on time and did a great job. He fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. We will definitely hire him again.

Honesty is a great policy, I was having a problem with my burner Mike had mentioned weds was a 1st availiable , Which i was okay with , though heat went out and had to call mike and he came right out,there was a extra fee for rushing out But he explained everything before he came out. My wife and i were both very pleased with his professionalism aswell as the fact that my heat was now wrking. Thanks Mike
