Mike had been out most of the night before our appointment on an emergency plumbing call. He didn't cancel or postpone me. He showed up and did a very professional job.

We hired Mike to replace our water heater, he was a pleasure to work with and was conscious about costs as well as doing everything he said he would do.

He could have taken advantage of me, but didn't. I admire his integrity.

I hired Mike Sampson Plumbing in the fall who replaced the pipes under my home. Initially, he was so kind, easy to work with and schedule with. He was very attentive and his price was fair. I was so pleased with his customer service that I referred him to family and friends. The job was completed with the understanding that he would return to clean up the old pipes, concrete debris, and to refill the concrete that was removed. I paid for the job in full, not realizing it was a two step process. Months later, multiple texts and phone calls, and a handful of no-shows, I am left with an incomplete job and a mess in my basement. I have been very frustrated about this, and now am more frustrated by the 2 5-star reviews in the time period that he was avoiding finishing my project that was already paid for.

We had Mike Sampson replace our 16-yr old Bradford White water heater. Mike was incredibly responsive via phone and email, answering all my questions - I asked a ton of questions, and he answered them all. He gave me different options for replacement, and his installation cost estimates were well below all other plumbers. He was able to schedule the installation of the water heater very quickly, and the actual installation took less than 2 hours. HIs bid included all equipment and materials, piping and connection adjustments, and removal of my 2 old water heater units, at no additional cost. He was right on time, low cost! USE MIKE!

Mike was extremely professional and very friendly. He also took the time to explain the problem and I feel like he gave us a great price. He's my go to plumber now and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Mike showed up the next day, had to get some extra parts for a repair that was more than we expected. Everything was done and working when he left the same day. I think anyone would be happy hiring Mike if you have any concerns bring them up early and he will address them to ease your cost concerns.
