My friend needed a plumber right away because she had a water main burst outside her home. She was frantic and in less than 5 minutes of submitting a project to service magic, she had Mike Stern's company on the phone and helping her. She chose him and said he did a great job. She is currently unemployed so he gave her short term resolutions and long term ones. He was very helpful, fair in price and courteous. She will definitely recommend Mike Stern Plumbing!!

I had water leak from the ceiling from the second floor bathroom to downstairs. The water dripped when someone took shower upstairs. Concerned of-course, I called 3 people. Mike stern plumming came down on weekend as requested and trouble shooted the problem, I could tell by his detailed explanation, that he was very experienced. He lead me on the right path to find the best possible solution. If he wanted he could have gone the longer route to make more money. But his honesty really impressed me. Thing are working great now. I would recommend him to anyone for that reason. I would call them the next time.

They were very willing to accommodate my economy, but were a bit late. The "one day" job turned out to be a two day job because they were not able to finish in one day as promised. No big deal, I just wanted the job done and I wanted it done well. They installed my new kitchen faucet. I was told that the faucet would eventually relax and not be so stiff, but to this day it still hasn't. I'm beginning to wonder if it might not have been installed perfectly. Oh well....
