Mike listened to us and adjusted his plans along the way as we all noodled over the outcome. Mike kept us in the loop as small changes were needed - no surprises at the end. He was a wee bit pricier than our other bids, but we liked his proposal and demeanor - we're happy we went with him. In fact, I'm having him bid a couple of other projects now.
