Dennis was so sweet and thorough. Not only did he charge a price I couldn t beat, but he gave me such a detailed report with pictures and whatnot not even 24hours after the inspection.

Dennis was great to work with. He came out to inspect the house with only a 2-day notice and got the report back to us in 24 hours. He made sure to explain everything to us that he was seeing as we were going through the inspection and pointed out any changes that needed to be made. I highly recommend hiring Dennis for your home inspection.

Professional with quick response at a fair price

Dennis was great. He was able to come out in the small window of time that I had available and quoted me a much better price than his competitors and a shorter inspection time (one competitor quoted my 3.5 hours for a 900 foot condo). Super friendly and thorough and explained everything to me in detail. He provided me with an easy to read but detailed report with pictures in less than 24 hours. If Mike s comes up in your search results, skip everyone else because they are the best.

Was selling my house and at the time of inspection I was out of state and unable to meet the inspector directly but Dennis worked directly with my realtor and was able to make it out the next morning. He noted all the items that needed to be addressed in order for my home to qualify for FHA loans. Very knowledgeable and even suggested the best ways to repair the items in order to save the most money.

Dennis, Mike s Father, did our home inspection. Dennis did an incredible job going through the home in a very thorough fashion and made sure to explain things as he went along. I wouldn t go anywhere else in the future for home inspections. He also does it much cheaper than anyone in the market. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied with their business and service.
