A couple of years ago when the current owner's father had the business, customer service and work quality were excellent. The owners son, Patrick now owns the repair service and things have changed. Patrick is quite personable and friendly but this is where it pretty much ends. We had him do some repairs on our freezer and didn't even ask what he would charge. We gladly paid the bill only to find that the repair was faulty. Patrick came back a couple of times, I did pay for additional parts...the work was still faulty. I have called and sent texts asking for some follow up help with the job he started. Patrick has chosen to ignore my calls, texts and his own written guarantee. For this reason, I would never recommend having him do any appliance repairs. Again, this business is "Mike's" in name only...Mike no longer has anything to do with the work they do! ONE OTHER HEADS UP...HIS LAND LINE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE CELL PHONE!

Although the appliance couldn't be fixed, he was forthright about what he could do (yes, repairable but NOT a wise choice), so gave me a great place to go to that night to get a replacement. He could've "kept" me for the repair but he didn't... well done
