When I moved from the area to North Carolina I rented my home to some great tenants. When the ice machine in the refrigerator stopped working I called my accountant to ask for a referral after calling a major (sears) appliance repair company. The major company couldn't fix the repair without charging my tenants. The crew at Mike's took care of everything, no hassles, good communication, easy fix. Not disappointed, the price was fair, the service priceless. Will be calling them first next time.

Mike was on time and polite. He explained everything that he was doing and tried other options before replacing the ice-maker. Everything was up and running within 1/2 hour and we have had no problems since.

He ended up just telling us that we need a new dishwasher. The pump was damaged. I appreciated his advice of fixing the dishwasher versus just getting a new one. We opted to just get a new one. He was very courteous and I appreciated his honesty.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
