Painting or Staining - Small Projects
Keep close communication. Know something about what you want done. Be patient. Ask questions. Everyone does things different. But call them on short cut that you know is wrong. Ex. You do not put tile down w/o backer board first. It will crack. It may be shorter but trouble later. Check on their other clients... Pray for right person. 😁 Be blessed.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Absolutely horrible. Inexperienced unprofessional and a waste of money. Literally had shingles falling off my roof the day after they "completed" the job. His workers were inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. The project took a week instead of 1-2 days. My roof was left exposed causing water damage. It was an absolute nightmare. Don't waste your time or money.

"customer expected this roof to be completed in one day. We took care of any issue that arose during application. Customer stated that he was very happy with his roof and had no complaints after we did a 500.00 tree trimming job after customer asked how I was going to make this right."

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
First, Mike contacted me very quickly and we set up a consult. Must've gotten the days mixed up because I thought it was supposed to be Wednesday and he shows up Thursday. That's fine, mix ups happen. On the walk through was very knowledgeable and seemed to know his stuff. Sent me an estimate that night and revised it per my request. When it came to the work however, it never happened. Scheduled for a paint-driver was waylaid but I only found this out after I contacted THEM. Was I just supposed to stay home waiting on them? Rescheduled but decided to not pursue the work. Also requested assistance with my roof, got SEVERAL promises that the work would be done and no one ever came out, note the roof problem is causing water damage, it wasn't a cosmetic fix, it was roof maintenance. Very disappointed overall, specifically since all the other reviews are so glowing. Would not recommend.

"customer changed their mind several times as what she wanted done. as far as not showing up due to accident, we notified customer as soon as we were informed. sorry for any inconvenience."

Interior Painting or Staining: 1 - 2 Rooms
They did a job on concrete repair more the 2 times and was pair but when the came back to level the crack the stuff that was used came up. They were paid for the project my mistake and been trying to get a refund ever since July 17th. Sent plenty of text messages and numerous phone call to Mike the owner and have been told the refund was sent and returned, I provided my address and a couple of days later was told it was re-sent. A week later still no refund. Called Mike again last week and was told he would drop the money off on Monday 6 Aug well I waited all day and Mike never showed up. Guess my next step is to notify HomeAdvisor.

Our Deck was repaired and stabilized by Mike's team... they made good time and gave me a Great final product. What I thought was going to be a 3-5 day job, took them just under 2 days to complete. Very Friendly, Courteous and Professional Crew.
