Mike and his team were excellent, courteous and very professional. Mike was very prompt to get on site and submit the bid for our project. He was extremely flexible and patient with some changes we made once the project was underway. He communicated with me every step of the way. We are highly satisfied with our deck and repair work. I amending the original rating I put in. Mike was pleasant to deal with and had every belief that he was able to do the job otherwise would not hire him. However I have no bases to rate is work because none was done. Do to his delay starting repair winter set in and not able to do the project. My complaint was unresponsiveness to returning my 50% deposit after several weeks of no response. I submitted a half star review hoping to get his attention and motivate him to return my deposit. My review was no way a cretic on his work. Only his business practice for none responsiveness. The rating prevents me to accurate review him.

Our household has 4 generations living together. My husband and I moved out of the house to a luxury apartment with out stairs, so even though we were the ones to hire Mike. Hence there was communication problems. Mike had to come back on a couple of times to change or adjust a few of the items on our contract. The main problem was that right from the start, Mike stated that he was not too comfortable with changing the bottom of our two garage door panels. He did have issues with this repair and ended taking off $ from our payment since we will have to replace both doors completely in the Spring.

"Responding to (consumer name withheld per their request) comment, when (consumer name withheld per their request) says poor materials, she and her husband bought a front door along with storm door. We installed them. I received compliments at the time. Another project was repairing siding in which was there for us as well so I?m not quite sure why poor materials was said?? Throughout this project myself and employee had to endure a foul mouthed son-in law that always woke up on the wrong side of bed, in fact it was very difficult working for this family. I wish any further contractor luck with this family!"

They were nice painters personally, but I did not think they did a professional job. This was the first time I had hired professionals, and I did not think the quality of their work was professional at all. One of the painters in particular was very sloppy. I had to have them come back 3 times to do places that were not done, or poorly done, or to remove paint from areas that there should not have been paint on them. It has only been a month since they finished and the paint on the stairs is already peeling, and there is a small area in the kitchen that they did not paint at all. When I told the boss, Mike, I was disappointed, he got mad and refused to come back to do further work. Professional? I don't think so!

(consumer name withheld per their request) was is correct when she stated we had to come back to do some touchups that we missed. We were there immediately to address her concerns and was stated she was satisfied. I will never leave a project until complete satisfaction is accomplished. After this phase of work was complete (consumer name withheld per their request) had wanted some further work done but could not do it do to being extremely busy, this is when I believe (consumer name withheld per their request) took it personally and wrote a bad review about me. At no time during the painting project did (consumer name withheld per their request) express that she was dissatisfied."

We hired Mike and his crew to replace some boards on my deck and to powerwash/stain it. When they were done, the work on my deck looked good and the price seemed reasonable. Mike was good at explaining everything they intended to do and was ok with me asking questions about it. He even identified areas that needed attention that I didn't notice and also gave me the option of having him do the work or not. Mike seems like an honest guy to work with and would look to hire him in the future.

I hired Mike in July to build a new closet, and expand two others in my home. He was professional to work with, very clean, and his quote for the work was reasonable. His staff was also very courteous. What I really admired about Mike was that he listened to exactly what I wanted, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The finished closets look fantastic and fit seamlessly into the existing structure of my home. I am very pleased with the work Mike did for me and I would definitely hire him again.

Mike was great to work with on this project. His work was top-notch. He even painted the white trim around the deck as an extra, and I didn't even ask him to do this. The deck looks like an entirely new deck, thanks to Mike and his skills and meticulous approach. I would hire him again and plan on doing so in the near future!!!
