We hired Mike because of his desire to make contact with us. He arrived at our home on time, assessed the situation and did what he could for a reasonable cost. However, at no fault of his, this did not solve the problem. I hope he might be able to suggest someone who can take this one step further.

Be sure to tell them what part of the carpet to cut out of the closet, instead of cutting the carpet at the back of the closet at the end he cut it to the point when you walked in the room you could see it, and this was a basement closet that leads to a under stair storage.
