Total cost $288.00. Surface ignitor broke replace cost for part $36-49.00 online. Tom arrived at 1:17 job completed at 1:51. According to Tom(technician) diagnostic $90.00, Hot rod universal ignitor $198.00. I trusted the company and I have used Glass City in the past but according to BBB, they are under different management. So I will never use them in the future. Moreover, I would never refer an African American female to this establishment.
