"While we appreciate your review, if Mr [Consumer Name Removed] would refer to his quote he will see that he is wrong. The quote, that is in writing, specifically states "on his side of the chain link fence" which he approved. And Mr [Consumer Name Removed], after I picked out and delivered all materials for a second project, decided to change it and wanted the chain link fence taken out. Which is not what we discussed and that is in writing on text. Mr [Consumer Name Removed]wanted free work and that's all this is. He already got all the material for the other job with free delivery because he changed his mind on the chain link fence. And if Angi leads would do just a little bit of research they would see this."
