Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace

Mike was to replace the vinyl siding on our home and start in March 2025. Needless to say, we gave him a deposit of $6k and he did not show up to the job until May. When he did show up, he was not consistent. He personally only came out 3 times in which it took almost a month for them to finish. He also added a landing and steps to our back door and was supposed to do trim around all windows. He left MAJOR gaps in the windows now allowing water in. We?ve also had MULTIPLE pieces of siding come off. Mike was to refund us money, however he started and then stopped. We?ve had to pay out of pocket to fix ALL of his mistakes. DO NOT USE HIM. HE IS ALSO NOT LICENSED!! Found out the hard way and now have to press criminal charges.

Exterior Trim Repair
NO. You didn't have the category I needed. He was to paint our pool and do a tile around the top of it. He never did it and kept stalling. We currently have a Small Claim judgment against him. He has never responded to it. He initially started paying back the money we paid him, then he stopped. Found out he went on a vacation with our money. HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORDS. DO NOT USE HIM. HE DOES NOT DO THE JOB HE PROMISES. ALSO. DO NO PAY HIM UPFRONT.
