Mike's Hauling Service

Mike and his workers were very hard-working. They were also pleasant to be around. They were accommodating when I asked them to either wear foot covers or remove their shoes as we had just had the carpets cleaned the day prior. The only complaint I had was that the glass from a 150+ year old antique China hutch was accidentally broken. Also, I donâ t think moving furniture is their main business as is hauling/removing junk. The sofa and other living room furniture got deep stains as they were drug across the dirty trailer & truck beds. We did have some junk removed as well and they did that very professionally. I would recommend them for their hauling service.

Mike's Hauling Service. Good with communication. Setting up the appointment. Came an hour early. Removed the water tank and space heater. Did in reasonable time. Price was right. BUT, he brought his wife, three children, and, another woman. We suggested that someone should take the children to our city park. They didn't do that. Instead The children was in the basement when the water tank was removed. While Mike removed the heater in our garage the children run around in our yard., Unsupervised. We have a covered well they was playing on that. Of course we told them to get off of that. We expected Mike to come with his helper or helpers, and not the family. We discussed with Mike why did he bring the children. He said I didn't want to hire a baby sitter. The youngest boy came into the house and used the bathroom. If one of those children would have gotten hurt during the time they was here. We would have been liable. We have insurance for that. But. It should have not have happen in the first place. When we made the appointment Mike did not mention he was bringing the children and family. He arrived with the hauling truck and a car with the two women and, three children in it. I am thrilled with the job that Mike did to clean out the very overfull yard and garage of my deceased father. He carefully evaluated the situation and offered a fair bid. He was a problem solver around situations that arose that neither one of us were aware of when we started the job. He provided pictures of the before and after because I am 500 miles away from the actual job site. He called multiple times to keep me informed of the process and the progress. I would highly recommend him. Heâ s a first class guy. His customer service was outstanding. If you need somebody to do what he does, you couldnâ t go wrong. Thanks Mike.
