Mike very easy to work with. Very accommodating. Answered all questions with a smile and it was all together a nice experience working with him.

Poor quality. Will say whatever necessary to obtain a contract. Then will change contract line items without prior coordination with customer. I would not respond to calls, text, or emails to complete work still required per the contract. We had to hire another contractor to complete/repair what still needed to be done to our roof.

Highly recommend. They did a great job and were willing to work around my schedule and answer any questions I had about the job.

Mike's Home Improvement was outstanding on working with me to get my house ready to sell. Everything from new carpet to repairing siding to a new concrete slab in front of my porch was done quickly and to a very high quality. Mike's ability to work around other contractors schedules was very much appreciated and made getting my house onto the market a snap. I would highly recommend Mike for any home repair job.

We hired Mike to install vinyl plank flooring in multiple levels of our home. When I first contacted Mike, I was unsure of what type of flooring we needed because we have pets & kids. Mike was incredibly helpful & patient while helping us decide exactly what type of flooring would be best suited for our home. As far as pricing, we received quotes from 2 large flooring companies & they were double what Mike quoted us. The work was done quickly & professionally. We are so happy with our new floors & will use Mike for any other home improvement needs we have in the future. Highly recommend him!

I would certainly recommend Mike’s Home Improvement if you are looking to replace your roof. From time of initial meeting, to signing of contact, Mike quickly went to work to assure prompt installation. Mike called two days prior to the job being completed to let me know of the product arriving, and open top dumpster; even offered to leverage it should I need to throw anything away. Mike went on to walk me through the process on the day of install... He and his team are very professional, and their craftsmanship is far above the rest; the roof looks amazing! Due to Mike’s professionalism, character, and craftsmanship, my wife and I have hired he & his team to complete several other projects around the house. Thank you Mike for the amazing roof, and I’m confident the other projects will be just as amazing.

Mike sticks to his price. He does not deviate from the contract.

During the installation of a COMPLETE new roof late last year, the team damaged the recently installed gutter helmet (uninstalled, bent, unscrewed then nailed original gutters and helmet), thus voiding the lifetime warranty. The Roof is fine, but now we have 5 waterfalls around the house that are quickly damaging the perimeter. We are currently waiting for Mike's Home Improvement to correct the unfortunate situation. It is only fair to, at a minimum, repair the damaged gutters or replace with a comparable product, in a way that it can handle the high volumes of rain we are getting in the area. I will UPDATE this review as soon as the situation is resolved.

Mike is a people person through and through!! I am very satisfied with the roof replacement and home improvements, he presents his self in a professional manner with a kick of a friend like attitude, not often enough represented in his profession. The work and materials were the best and very cleanly left also. I would highly recommend MIke.

I had questions after the repair was done, and Mike came out to my house personally. He answered my questions and gave me some tips. I have since hired him for another project.

I would have anyone hire them and if they worked on any other projects I would hire them for that as well. They are very down to earth people and they highly care about quality, they are not out for your money, they were very reasonably priced. The job was 100%.

Mike's Home improvements were very professional, curtious, and friendly. Everything was explained in detail, and put in the contract. When they were done, you couldn't tell they were even there. They cleaned up all their trash, and even took my trash. They also installed gutters on my home. During the gutter installation, I asked Mike to be as quiet as possible cause my wife had a migraine. They were so quiet I didn't know they were even there. I'm very happy with their quality of work, and would hire them again. I recommend them to anyone.

He was quick. From phone call to having problem resolved it was only a couple days.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. Our large roof was completed in 1 day. The crew took care to put tarps over plants, etc. When they left all of the debris was gone. I would hire Mike again for other projects. We really appreciated the professionalism of the team.

Made getting my house ready to sell a lot less stressful with his professionalism and quality of work. Mike talked me through everything in detail and explained as to why certain things needed to be done. I trust him completely because I am out of state trying to do all this. He did everything from tearing out my pool, repairing my deck and siding, painting interior, updating bathrooms, carpet, roofing. He is a complete contractor. Highly recommended for any project. Works with you on price as well. Great man to know.

A-1 Customer Service, prices reasonable, Professional and on time if Mike says he will be there his word is his bond. Mike came at the right time we had a flood in our basement. Mike called me within 15 minutes, after a brief explanation of the problem he agreed to come out that Friday. Worked with me on the time. Sowed up, explained what needed to be done. Fixed the problem ASAP. PRICE WAS MORE THAN READONABLE.
