Mike Belden was our technician. He was thorough and explained the problem. Ordered us a new driver and installed it. Had a couple minor problems after due to a USER error. He was on time, very knowledgeable and best of all, he got the job done.

Mike was a friendly pleasant guy. When I called him I explained there was a time constraint, that I had a dental appointment so he had a 90 minute window to complete the job. I further explained I was just looking for a diagnosis of the problem, that my son would take care of the fix. Mike was confident he?d identify the problem within an hour. Mike gave it the old college try but at the end of 90 minutes my computer was completely dismantled and I didn?t have a definitive answer of the problem. Mike did say he ?had never seen this before?, not something you want to hear from your doctor or the computer guy you just paid $120 to help you. The most he could do was speculate the problem was either the cpu, the motherboard, or both. His money was on the motherboard. He gave me a range of prices for replacements for those parts then said to give him a call to let him know what I wanted to do. I told him I?d tell my son of Mike?s hypothesis and go from there.

Mike really knows his stuff! My HP all-in-one became unusable, and he came to my house to troubleshoot it. He found a tiny crack in the monitor, which made the pc useless (I'll never get another all-in-one)!! Mike disassembled the all-in-one, removed the hard drive, and transferred all the hard drive data onto my laptop. All my data was saved! I highly recommend Ideal IT Group for all computer repairs!!!

Mike did an excellent job mounting our 75" TV on the wall of our condo. He was friendly and on time. He was very professional and able to answer any questions we had.
