He did an excellent job. He however did not let me know when he was coming. I came home when he was almost through.

Mike's pressure wash was well done on a rainy day but I would rather have it done on a dry and calm day. But Mike did manage it regardless of weather and there was no need to regret it.

Mike was the only company that fit me in so I could have three truckloads of water delivered before an open house. He went very early in the am and called when done!!

He got right back to me, gave me a fair estimate, and did the job promptly and efficiently. He even cleaned the shed front without being asked!

Mike is a great guy who brightened up my house just in time for the Fourth of July. He also gave me advice on what to do in the future to keep my house exterior nice and clean. And it will not require a lot of money.

Mike and his helper were very nice. They said they would give a days notice before arriving and did not. They just showed up. I was home so it was no problem. They cleaned the gutters by hand because we have guards in the downspout tops making it impossible to use the pressure washer which he prefers. They threw the gutter grime on the ground. They did NOT pick it up or clean off the porch, air conditioner units or the side stairs. They cleaned the front steps only after I questioned Mike about it. Would I use them again? Yes but with more direction as to what I expect for cleanup.
