Mike did a great job! Years of mold and grime erased from my pool area cement and sidewalk! He didn't rush to get it done and it looks new again!!

Disclaimer: I am currently in process of filling a claim through small claims court with Mikes Pressure Washing, LLC. I also would strongly suggest that you put ALL communication with this business in writing. Thankfully, because of my profession, I did this and it will be an invaluable asset for me in court. Mike was initially professional and tried to fix his error. He used a new soap on my house and he used too much, per his own words and it stained terribly (I have pictures and text messages as proof). He had to come out to my home two more times using my water to correct his error. Even after three washes we still had stains. He offered to refund me my money because of the inconvenience and since we still had stains. While I never ever asked for a refund (again proof in text messages) I thought that was the right course of action. He stated he was going to mail the refund on 4/19/21. When I still had not received the check, I text him on 5/10/21. I received a read text alert on 5/11/21 but still had not got a response from him. On 5/12, I tried texting Mike again and noticed my phone number was now blocked. I also called the same day to verify that he did, in fact, block my phone number. I filed a claim through the Better Business Bureau on 5/12/21. Mike replied that my siding was old and extremely oxidized and that was the sole reason for the stains. My home is 15 years old, and the siding is vinyl. This was never once said to me and I have full text messages where he acknowledges the stains were because of the new soap. Finally, to my dismay and disgust, he stated that he and his secretary believe I didnt want to pay for the services at all in the first place. This is beyond offensive and downright discriminatory, not to mention extremely unprofessional. Besides me not knowing that he didnt accept credit cards (they should disclose this to customers before coming to job site) what exactly made these individuals believe I would purposely try to scam his business out of money? Making such an accusation against a customer is reason enough to reconsider hiring this business for their services and if you do, document EVERYTHING.!

Mike contacted me the same day I inquired, communicated very well concerning his availability and did a GREAT job :). Mike even called me to let me know that I forgot to close some windows in my screened in back porch and offered to close them for me before power washing :).

Mike and his nephew were polite, careful, and professional. Our house looked great when they finished. Mike responded to my inquiry the next day and power washed our house within a week. Will hire him again.

I had the paver patio, driveway, and all sidewalks pressure washed. After Mike was finished it look like this concrete and pavers were just installed. He brought back the life to these areas, fresh, clean, great work!
