He called immediately. Don't bother using anyone else, go straight to him. He did the job the day he came out for a quote. He was prepared and did good work at a GREAT price. He even found another problem I knew nothing about and fixed it. I offered to pay additionally, and he did not add it to the bill.

Mike's was the lowest of 3 quotes. I compared the quality of the material and was satisfied that Mik's carpet and vinyl flooring was of equal or better quality. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. It was clear that they took pride in their craft.

Mike responded to my quote request almost immediately, and was at my home performing the work the same day. The repair was not cheap, but any concern I had about the cost was easily offset by the sheer speed in getting this issue resolved and off of my plate as quickly as possible.
