Mike's Sealcoating

Did both seal coating of large drive way and two large patches. Mike and his crew were very careful and did an excellent job. Mike was always asking if I was satisfied and he worked closely with me. I believe this is the best seal coating and patch work I have had. I will definitely use Mike next time.

Mike and his staff were very accommodating to our needs, we at Excel Driver Services are extremely happy with his work, we are a CDL training facility, we also had him strip our yard to comply with the very specific CDL requirements, he did a fantastic job and would recommend him to any one who needs any work done. He will be our go to guy for anything we need for our testing facility, either resurfacing, seal coating, crack repair, or stripping, Mike is a stand up guy and honest, he treated us more than fair and gave us real value for our dollar!!!!!!!!

The asphalt driveway at the house I recently acquired had been neglected since the house was built 18 years ago. The driveway was starting to visibly deteriorate. Lots of cracks with weeds growing through, including one major crack several inches wide that required alligator patching. This could easily have been a repaving situation, but Mike felt he could do a pretty good restoration, and he was right. This guy knows his stuff! He did an awesome job and gave the driveway a new lease on life. I will follow-up with Mike every couple of years for some touch up sealing to make sure the driveway stays in tip-top shape.

Mike's Sealcoating did a good job, but not the job I wanted. I had a rough-surfaced driveway and said I wanted it smooth. Mike said he wanted to put a coat of oil on it, and I agreed - however, I did not realize that the oil would mean that a seal to make it smooth cannot be put on the driveway for two years. I am now in a 5-year process to make the driveway smooth, which is not what my goal was.

Unsure of the value but the job looks good. Easy to work with.

Good communication. Easy to work with. Just had work done, so waiting on longevity to see ho work holds up, but overall seems to be alright. Work done in a timely manner.

We are in the Conifer area at about 9000 feet, so probably waited a little late in the year (Oct 10th) to ask Mike for help. Yet, he came out to the house quickly and was willing to attempt our driveway crack repair and seal project, even though we had just had a snowfall. He explained very clearly the possible problems, and was very upfront and honest about not being able to complete project if driveway was wet. His honesty was much appreciated, as we did not find that with another (non-Home Advisor) contractor we contacted (who started with a price that was 3 times as high as Mike's -- which we didn't know at the time -- and then reduced in half when we told him we were considering going elsewhere). Mike's pricing was VERY reasonable, and he offered a 12 month, 2 service call warranty if any cracks split open again. He and crew came back a couple of days later, and did a fabulous job. I would recommend him unequivocably.

Mike did a great job of fitting me in to the schedule, as I was late in deciding to have my driveway sealed. He did an outstanding job and the driveway looks great. Several neighbors have even commented about it! I will use Mike again.

Mike did a great job of repairing a driveway that had a trench dug across it to install underground conduit. The soil was properly compacted and the asphalt was properly compacted. This repair should last as long as the driveway itself. Mike is efficient and helpful and friendly. I would recommend Mike for any asphalt project.

Hard to assess value for the money without other bids/projects to compare but Mike is helpful, friendly, responds well, and explains everything both before and after. I've just called them back for another project.

Mike called promptly and set a time for inspecting the project. Gave alternatives and recommendations. Once we agreed on a scope he scheduled a time and arrived at the agreed time. Work was professionally done with minimum disruption to my office building tenants. Great job, good price!
