They were not able to complete the cleaning of my outdoor grill because they could not get a part and still charged me the full fee. It was far more expensive than was promised and the office person was difficult to deal with. The person who cleaned the grill did an ok job but promised my initial fee would be deducted from the final fee. It was not. I would never recommend them unless they change their policies and their office person.

Fast and prompt, Michelson Group sent a representative who brought everything he Needed to complete the job. I thought he did well and obviously had a lot of experience with installing major appliances.

I have since learned that others in my community who paid for a Dishwasher installation recently paid less then I did. I was surprised when HomeAdvisor only sent me one bid for the installation. I guess I will ask more questions next time. That said, the quality of the work was top notch, so I am pleased about that.
