I am a contractor myself (not for windows obviously).. We had another window contractor before Milanese come out and what he was saying just didn't sound right... Mark (Milanese) came out - when over every step..answered every question..and now the window install made sense. We are so excited that we are getting the right window for our situation. Milanese truly loves what they do and it shows!!!

We're almost completed with the project. People at Milanese has been very courteous. However, the actual installation has gone terribly wrong. First they installed the wrong windows, and we put the news in, the ones we ordered. Then the windows has since seperated from their seals. Milanese has been couteous, they offered to come in and fix it.

One of few who install Larsen doors. They installed a storm door for me. They did a very professionas job; very speedly and outstanding quality.

My experience with Milanese was top notch. This family-owned business came to the house to assess what I needed and show me samples in order to install a retractable awning. They educated me on the various considerations to meet my need. And offered top quality materials, from the motor, to the fabric and frame. The installers were on time, neat and courteous, and the electrician went the extra mile to solve a snag in the power supply. This is not a company to hire if you are looking for a bargain. But if you are looking for value -- quality for the money -- I can recommend Milanese for your outdodor awning.

Milanese was easy to work with, lived up to their promises for when the installation would take place, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The installation was performed in a professional manner, the site was cleaned up after each work day, the installers were very friendly and answered all questions, and the job looks great. I'm very satisfied.

Milanese replaced the siding and windows. They were: - Easy to work with. They sat down and went over our to do list. He helped us pick the siding and windows within our budget. He offered suggestions for our home. His office has a computer and large screen TV in which we saw our what our choices would look like on our home. - The crew did the job quickly and cleanly. They cleaned up the mess & left little to clean up. Much better than some contractor I have work with in the past. - Acknowledges mistakes and corrects them in timely fashion. The crew forgot to add a window cover & trim to garage door. He quickly remedied them quickly.

Milanese was very quick to respond to the request for work but a bit slower than I expected to schedule and complete the work. However once the work was done, it was done entirely to my satisfaction. Very professional indeed. A high quality job. They even worked to put the venetian blind back up when it wasn't obvious that it would fit. A nice touch.

They did a really good job. We had a neighbor refer them to us. I am now referring them to other people.
