These guys were terrific. they fit me into their schedule, finishing the job in the dark, used car headlights. Just nice guys, very articulate. I would hire them again in a heart beat. The job was done to my satisfaction.

Very poor service from a stand point of quality and didn't fulfill contract obligations of guarantee, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I hired Milano's for a metal roof repair. I had a leak and they told me it needed to be caulked and sealed to fix the leak. The cost was a little over $2,000 but I payed it because I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. They did the repair and about three months later the roof started leaking again. I tried to call but was unable to get a hold of them for a while. When I did, they said they would be out the next week. No one ever showed up and I have been unable to contact them since. I am at the point of calling the BBB because it the leak is causing black mold to grow now.

Milanos charged me $2100 to "repair" my leaking garage roof. They said they would warranty the work for 5 years. The roof started leaking worse than it was originally after the "repair" was done, and now they will not return my calls to come fix their terrible work. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT USE THEM!

Paid them in full, got a 5 year guarantee of the repair work, it made numerous promises over the past year to return and fix the leaks, but never appeared. Roof still leaking in the original places that were supposed to be fixed. Tony Milano's word and promises are worth nothing.

they did a lousy job. they threw trash and cig. butts in my yard. they were sloppy. they were suppose to patch holes then seal over them they did the opposite. they said they would fix it. they did not keep any of the appointments we made. they did not call to tell us why. the phone # tony gave us is out of service.

This is the second company that came to fix the roof with his professional crew and we were going to do the contract first. His crew looked like there were not experienced for the job. Like kids you picked up on the side of the street and asked if they wanted to earn a couple dollars. After he did the job he wanted to write an in voice He did not repair my roof They were up there the the whole day and they still did not fix the roof. Yesterday it rain and it was leaking down my wall and in my roof. It is leaking in the same spot back that was suppose to be fixed a year ago. I feel unsafe to call them and telling them the roof is leaking.

I have a leak on the top of my roof, they decided to work on the chimney which is below the leak. Several broken promises when it came to appointments. They wouldn't call me back until they heard Fox News wanted to talk to them. If I showed you a picture of the roof they choose not to address you would laugh. Ever take your car in for a flat tire and they give you an oil change? that's how I felt. If they truly cared about a customer they would meet me at my house and fix the original leak. Also wouldn't a roofer look in the attic for the leak to try and see where it is coming from, that never happened. Had to hire a different company to fix my leak.

they left trash on our lawn and had to come back twice as they did not stop the leak fully the 1st time we are still waiting for a heavy rain to check that the job was complete this time. if they had not offered us the 1,100 repair price of a roof replacement with in the next 2 years we would not be contacting them again.

Would not hire this company. Have filed a small claims action against the owner. He will get a big deposit and refuse to communicate with you. Mahoning County Resolution agreed to a settlement and now he refuses to answer calls or abide by the agreement. Do not give him any deposits up front. Home Advisor should get him off their list of providers.

Did exactly what was contracted. Installed 200 ft of new ashpalt driveway. It was obvious to me they were experts in paving and did the job on time. Have used many contractors and Milanos is on my own personal recommend list.

Very disappointed in follow-up (or lack thereof), especially given the amount charged. Initially work seemed good. And I appreciated that they were able to show up right away to do the work since I had waited until late in the season to engage someone. A few days after they had finished, I noticed some cracks needed added fill and also that they had spattered the white garage door with black sealant. Owner stated they would be out within the week to fix. They didn't show, so on the following Monday, I called to see when they might come. The owner said they would come on Wednesday. I cancelled an activity I had on that day and waited all day, but no one showed up. No one had decency to call to explain why or when they would come to fix the problems. It is now the following Monday and still no word from them. The weather is bad now, but they had over 2 weeks of good weather to address issues. They charged us extra because the driveway was in need of a lot of materials. The owner said $1 per square foot. Somehow 5400 sf was rounded to 6000 in the final price quote. I wouldn't mind that we paid extra if company stood behind the work. The job came with a 5-year warranty, but I can see that such a warranty is not worth much if company doesn't show up to fix problems....

They were prompt, did the work that they said they'd do, answered all my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

They were supposed to repair our driveway then seal it. When they came out they didn't have enough asphalt patching material. They sealed the rest of the driveway but stalled so many weeks for the patching that the ground got to cold to do the repair that was already paid for

They came on time, their work on my roof was done quickly and professionaly, and they cleaned up all debris before leaving.

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before hiring this contractor for $1800, as those reviews were much more consistent with may experience. I hired him to fill in cracks in driveway asphalt, continue the asphalt to the driveway apron, and seal the driveway. It appears that the only thing they did was seal the driveway. There are holes and cracks everywhere, and the asphalt was not continued to the driveway. I contacted the owner, Mr. Milano, to take a look at the driveway with me. I talked to him once, but he would not return calls thereafter. This job will never pass the point-of-sale inspection.

They were quick to schedule, arrived at time they said they would, and applied the asphalt sealer very professionally! We are very pleased with their work!

Agreed to job price of 1600.00 . Was supposed to have my driveway cleaned , repaired , cracks repaired and seal coated. Owner promised that my driveway would be done so good that I would not need it paved. . I thought he was coming out to do the job and have me sign the contract. Instead three men came,,started the job, left for about 1 hour to go to Home Depot to get supplies, which is what they told me. They came back and put asphalt in the holes, seal coated the driveway, but I don't believe they filled the cracks as grass and moss are coming through some of the cracks. I spoke to Tony Milano on several occasions and he promised to come out and look at the job. I even texted some pictures to him. My biggest complaint is that he never came out to see the work his men did, and tell me if the job warranted $1600.00 . Several people told me All I got was One very expensive seal coating job done. I was expecting the cracks to be filled to the surface. At least that is what Tony lead me to believe! I did not get other estimates , which Is my first mistake, but Tony did such a good sales pitch on me, and I believed every word. I even Had to write in my name ,address, and cost of the job on the contract! My question: why did he keep telling me he would come to my house to see the job and then totally blew me off???sShoukd have listened to my gut feeling in the first place.,I was just so excited to think my driveway was going to look so nice after the job was done. Well, not what I expected for $1600.00! A very expensive lesson learned!
