"My foreman, Tony went out to the property and explained that she needed a new driveway to completely solve her concerns about cracks. That would be a $7000- $8000 project and she told Tony that just was not in her budget. The project we did do for her was to seal and fill in cracks and that process would give her 2 more years of life for her driveway. She was fine with that. Later, when she brought up her concerns about the cracks we offered an option to credit the $1600 she spent on sealing her driveway towards replacement. That offer still stands. We reiterated that her driveway was too far gone to do more with sealing and that this was a temporary solution. At Milano's Roofing and Paving , Customer Service is our first priority. In this case we offered multiple options to the customer - giving her a way to temporarily fix a situation or to permanently replace it for years to come."
