Jerry just left my house after breaking my faucet in my master bathroom. Was supposed to be here for a warranty company repair on a leaking faucet. Comes to me and says the handle is broken and he can't repair it as this time. When he turned the water back on the faucet is spewing hot water all over the place. I called him. He comes back exclaims that we need to cut into the wall on the other side of the bathroom and cut the valves to the bathroom. I am like "wait, we need to get the warranty company on the phone and make sure they will cover this", he kept saying no no no and insisted on cutting into my wall. He said "I need to get warranty company on the phone!".....I said " DO IT!" He refused. Said he was leaving, with my faucet spewing and I asked if this was his business and he said Yes. I said so you don't care that I am going to crucify you in a review. His words. "It won't matter". Left my house with the water turned off and said......I am not coming back.

I needed my water heater replaced so the guy saw my request on home adviser then called me . then had my water heater replaced the next morning he was very professional and very affordable and does good quality work. I will definitely be calling him for my plumbing needs in the future

As he walked to my house I said good morning he said good morning he said he got a deductible of $100, I need to collect 1st. I said are you not gonna look to see what the problem first, he said yes but there s $100 deductible I need to collect first. 2 weeks later is when he called back (because he was sick) Water heater replacement quote from my insurance on my house his price for material he created other than a water heater totals to over $1125.00 and if you would walk in at Lowe s to buy that extra material that he stated he needed it was $101.58 look at the profit margin, Not only that he was paid by my insurance to install the water heater however once we found out the material he created other than the water heater was that high was told insurance company we will find somebody else to do it, I would not recommend him non-honest when he s paid by the insurance company then he still wanted to charge us over what the water heater would cost new. Call Matress Company they told me find somebody else to do it, and we will pay them got another company local in Brentwood Tennessee they done everything bring in the water heater replaced in the water heater end it was only $1200 the water heater was 998.00 new. After the job was done by another plumber I sent him to the papers invoice, and he did not believe me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE PRICE AND EXTRA 13 TIMES. Just because he came to Brentwood Tennessee that does not mean he wants to overcharge from Brentwood residence that kind of difference.

Jerry of Milan plumbing should not be in business...not as a plumber anyway. Maybe parking cars. This guy is AWFUL... tore my toilet apart, had no idea what he was doing (it was only a seal) said he had to order parts..never called me, I had to call him twice, a week later had the Holding company open another ticket. STAY AWAY FROM MILAN PLUMBING...and especially Jerry just an awful experience that I do not want anyone else to go through

Jerry Milan returned my call within 5 mins on a Sunday night @ 8pm. I told him I didn't expect service on Sunday night but sometime on Monday would be great. He said he was full on Monday but would stop by my house 1st thing on his way to is 1st appointment Monday. He was very professional, on time, knowledge on Gas Hot Water Heaters. Arrive at 8:15 am and was complete by 9:30. Price was reasonable. I will use him again and share his contact info with everyone. Happy to have Hot Water. Thanks to Jerry Milan.

I called and he was on the way home from another job. He stopped and showed me what was wrong. I can't thank him enough. Very nice man!

I called Jerry before 8:00 AM. We had a big problem but it was not an emergency. Jerry answered the phone and told me he would get to my house between 3:00 and 6:00. He was here at 3:00 and solved the problem quickly with almost no mess.

Jerry showed up on a short moment's notice. And I must say, he did fantastic work fixing my hot water tank heater, with a new element and all. And...gave me good advice to stay away from electrical tankless solutions and I do appreciate that information. Thank you, Jerry, and I will most certainly utilise your services again when needed, and refer you as well.
