I can't say enough about Josh and his team. We were shown designs that would apply to us, not to encourage the highest priced materials. We chose the natural stone which is absolutely gorgeous, and so unique. They cleaned everything up before leaving, but the most important thing was they treated us like family. You don't see much of that anymore.

Great people, Josh takes the time to sit down and talk with you. He wants to understand the project. It isn't about money to him, it is about doing the job correctly and making your vision come to life

Josh and his crew were hard working and courteous, with precise workmanship. He used historic , recycled foundation stones instead of concrete block for an awesome appearance and value enhancing wall. The wall really enhances the property as well as blends with the landscape -- it adds grace to the land.

I was having a pool installed and needed a retaining wall to hold back the bank and divert and drainage away from the pool area. When Josh came out to look at the site, I told him that I would need it done by May 4th because they were coming to install the pool on May 5th, and if he could do it? He was so nice, came out had the job done in less than 2 days. the wall is absolutely beautiful. He worked in a professional manner, completed the job when he said he would. Cleaned everything up. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN. I SHOW PICTURES OF HIS WORK TO EVERYONE.. I LOVE THE WALL !!!IT IS WHAT I WANTED AND HE DELIVERED. THANK YOU JOSH.

Josh was very creative, conscious of the budget, pleasant to work with, always on time. He built 2 retaining walls out of natural stone and installed steps.

We couldn't be happier with the outcome and feedback received from neighbors and family. His work is advertisement enough that he didn't have to put a sign in the yard. Milanscape was prompt, fair, and did a great job considering the weather, the terrain conditions, and a buried stash of ten tons of river rock to contend with. I will contact Josh again for any other landscape work.

I hired Joshua Milan to clean my gutters. He gave me an estmate over the phone. He then came on time with an assistant. He not only manually cleaned the gutters and the downspouts, but also hosed the gutters and spouts with weater. He was very freindly and professional. He explained exactly what he did, answered my questions, and charged me the price of his original estimate for which I received a type written receipt. I will be hiring Milanscape again, and would gladly recommended him to others.

Josh and his crew were very professional and personable. They did everything that was asked of them and there were no surprises.

Overall, excellent. They removed an old sidewalk, rerouted my drainage away from my house and installed a beautiful patio. They were clean. They started the job and came every day until it was finished. Josh was very easy to work with and had great ideas. Would definitely recommend them again.
