Bought walk in bathtub but vendor did not inform us that our hot water tank was inadequate. Kent had the ideAl tankless water installed and all is well.

On time (in fact, was able to come early, which helped). Did a great job, pointed out could have more time in between services (and why). Friendly, efficient, and economical - love it!!

They weren’t prepared for the job. I required a hot water heater replacement, stop valve install, and new pan. They didn’t know about the pan, and didn’t have one in the truck that fit the hot water heater THEY purchased and installed. So, instead I have a heater sitting on wood over a pan that is too small. Even though I shared all the pics asked of me (location, layout of area, measurements, water heater from all angles, etc), they blamed the office as “they aren’t on the ground doing the work”. They complained about how overworked they are, and confessed at the end that he was going to just cancel my appointment when he saw how “complicated” the installation appeared to be. They also damaged shut off valves and claimed they are not liable. My work is still incomplete and I am still waiting for a follow-up after HomeAdvisor passing along my feedback.

They called right away, sent me a quote via email, I hired them and they were there first thing the next morning. They provided quality service and parts. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional and provided top notch service. I feel their prices were both competitive and fair without gouging the consumer. Great service and good price.

Water heater should have been set back to accomodate closet door. We had to modify framing to re-install door after they finished. Happy with other aspects of the install.
