Asbestos Abatement
Mile High Environmental was the least expensive quote we received to remove our asbestos containing attic insulation. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The office staff was unprofessional and extremely difficult to work with. We had two different work crews. The first crew left the job and we received a call from the office that they walked off the site and would not be returning to complete the job. Once we got that nightmare straightened out the second work crew was much more pleasant and worked hard although they still failed to seal off the recessed lights and asbestos containing material/dust fell through from the attic into our kitchen, living spaces, bathroom, etc. The job was supposed to be completed in a full containment for our health and safety so this breach was unacceptable. The whole process was delayed several times; we were given incorrect information and excuse after excuse. I would not recommend working with this company.

The project turned out to be double the amount of insulation first looked at. We did this at no additional cost to you. Our first crew had to walk off the job site because of the blatant refusal of allowing us to place a dumpster on site due to the substantial amount of additional work discovered. If what was stated is true about the insulation falling through into the home, we would have never passed the Final Air Clearance that was conducted by your preferred Air Monitoring Specialist. Our crew at Mile High Environmental Services pride ourselves is providing excellent customer, work completed on time and within the price-point provided. I do apologize for the poor experience you had and we had hope by not charging the additional cost for 2.5 extra days of work done was enough. Again I thank you for taking the time to write a review."

The second someone mentions Asbestos it scares everybody, but the second I called Mile High Environmental the fear is gone. It was a pleasure working with Ivan and his whole crew. I am a real estate investor and project manager. I refer everyone I know to Mile High.

The estimate from Mile High Environmental Services was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other estimates we received. Because we had a pretty large project, we decided to gut the entire basement. Ivan and the crew were very accommodating to some last minute changes and even helped move furniture. The work was completed slightly ahead of time and they did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Back at the office, Victoria kept in touch during the project. We had a great experience and strongly recommend Mile High Environmental Services, Inc.
