Brian consistently wanted to be paid in advance, would disappear for weeks. Asked to be paid his "final" bill, and when he was asked to complete and fix so many fundamentally wrong projects, he ghosted us. We redid the floors and discovered he did not use any glue. The floor became a bouncy house. He failed to install finishing boards in the kitchen, so we had gaping holes. Everything looked shiny an pretty for about five minutes, and then is was completely unstable. Just everything was low-scale work with consistent requests for more advantages. Our worst contractor in Colorado. It was quite sad to see someone doing business with a care for his product. Our fault for hearing his sad stories and continually advancing money. Lesson learned, but he makes it harder for those who care about the quality of their work and the excitement his client has about getting a project done in their house that they really hope to enjoy.

Brian did a nice job installing vinyl flooring in three bedrooms of our home. He was very flexible in working with our schedules, cleaned up the work areas, and was friendly and easy to have in our home. He was great with our curious dogs as well!

THE PROBLEM AND SHODDY WORK WE RECEIVED FROM BRIAN. HE SUGGESTED WE BUY CERTAIN PRODUCTS TO FIX THE POOR QUALITY WORK. AFTER CONSULTING 3 CONTRACTORS AND FLOOR DECOR WHERE WE PURCHASED THE TILE THEY ALL SUGGESTED THAT WHEN DOING GROUT YOU MUST WIPE DOWN AS YOU GO TO PREVENT THE HAZE AND DRYNESS. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING AS WE PAID HIM TO DO THE JOB. I WILL BE SEEKING REMEDY IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT UNLESS A SUBSTANTIAL REFUND OF MY MONEY IS FORTHCOMING.

"Sandra, Respectfully speaking, the work performed at your job was not shoddy. The tile was installed to manufactures specification regarding the thin set, grout & haze removing process. The issue I ran into was a very low quality tile. You selected a product that was around $2.00 a sf. A quality material that has the same look and feel should have been in the $8.00 range. Not all tile is made equal and you get what you pay for. Your tile was inconsistent in size, extremely porous and uneven. All your tile was wiped down during installation, but because it was absorbing everything it touched a slight haze did appear on your tile. I scrubbed it tirelessly during and 3 days after the installation. The porous nature of your tile also sucked the water out of your grout causing cracking and discoloration. I spend many many hours fixing the grout and scrubbing the tile using my own time and expense. Because of your combative nature, threatening texts unwillingness to understand the problem and work with me I felt it best that you apply the enhancer and we go our separate ways. It?s quick and easy. Once applied, your floors will look great. I went above and beyond what most contractors would have done to help remedy the issues your selected product posed without charging additional fees. I consulted all the manufacturers I used on your project and feel 100% confident about my diagnoses and resolution. Also, no where in my estimate did I charge for an enhancer application. I would have done it for free and without question had you been polite and understanding of the issue at hand, but that is not in your nature. You can try to make everyone happy but some people just want to be mad. Also, I do not appreciate your husband getting paint all over my tools and slamming them around while he was painting the garage. My equipment is very expensive and I go to great lengths to keep them maintained."

Brian managed this project well through several phases and kept me informed , checking on how things were going frequently. He even brought samples so I didn't need to drive all over to get them, and made some good suggestions that I wouldn't have known about. The tilers did beautiful work on the walls and floors, and always showed up when they said they would with no surprises. Very professional group.

Eric provided me a quick quote and was able to get my floors refinished before I moved in. I ran into a few hiccups demoing and he was able to make my floor look flawless. Nice guy, great customer service and my floors look amazing!

Brian and Eric were professional and friendly during my whole process for 4 Weeks for 3 bathrooms complete remodels and new back splash in my kitchen. They both help me stay within budget and communication was great!!! The finish project was incredible and we live it!!!

Installers were late for the appointment but did not call to let me know they would be late. They eventually showed up 2 1/2 hours after our appointment time (after I called them 3-4 times), but they were not able to complete the job within the 4-hour time block that I allowed for the 2-hour project. So, we had to reschedule the installation. The installers did not remove all of the carpet, as agreed to on the original quote/contract. When I asked them to remove all of the carpet, as per our contract, they were unwilling to do so. I requested a discount due to the delay in performing the work and to reflect that they did not complete all of the work, but this request was denied.

The rep went far beyond the scope of the project. He helped me find vendors for other parts of the home remodeling that we are doing. We are new to the area and we found his input very helpful
