Sorensen's Mile High General Contracting

I hired this company to replace the roof on my house after the June 2018 hail storm. They over promised, under delivered and over charged compared to my neighbors. They never returned to replace damaged siding and so I am having to hire another contractor to finish the project they agreed to. They have zero integrity. I do not recommend this company and will never use their services again. I have also flagged them with my insurance company for review.

Hired them to do the roof, gutters, and garage. Did the roof right away, even though they left a mess and were completely unprofessional. Called for three months to find out when they would be doing the gutters with no answers, all of the sudden the showed up to do the gutters with no warning, also made a mess with doing the gutters. Still no word on when they will do the garage doors. would not recommend this company to anyone completely unprofessional with no customer service.

We had Sorensen's out to replace our roof. They were not very helpful in assisting me of picking the best material for the roof. In the end we were not given the shingle that we though we were going to get. When they did the job there were many mistakes made including cutting off a ridge vent, accidentally cutting the rafter and patching it with 2x4s, and denting our garage door. We wanted our roof replaced because it looked like a patch job and now its replaced and still a patch job. They never even gave a final inspection to verify the work was done well. I have not had good experiences with any of their employees.. We are still waiting on the garage warranty and the roofing warranty. We are not happy with the experience

11/2016 Sorensen's completed a roof replacement for me. I worked with John Cox who was very professional, responsive, communicative and wiling to work directly with my insurance and me on the pricing. The crew did excellent work. They worked quickly, cleaned up everything afterwards (it was like they weren't even here), were very respectful, polite and did the job in a safe manner. I respect a company who ensures the crews is working safely and cares about their workers. I will definitely be using Sorensen's for roof replacement and other major projects I have in the future. I highly recommend their services.

He was able to provide us with a top quality roof while minimizing our out of pocket expense. The caliber of the crew and his office staff made this potential headache a pleasant experience. The roofers are courteous, professional and respectful of the surrounding landscaping with excellent workmanship. The gutters were removed and installed by another crew, just as professional and quickly as the first crew. Our house looks like new. Brian clearly explained the details of the project to us so that there were no surprises. His insurance background helped us with our claim. Sorensen Roofing & Exteriors was also considered because of their association with a windows contractor, BlueBird Windows and a solar panel installer EchoMark with which we are currently working. Sorensen Roofing & Exteriors GC is an honest, reliable and professional operation which we highly recommend.

Sorenson's wasn't the least expensive bid, but the owner of the company did the bid himself, in person. Beyond that his bid covered EVERYTHING. The final bill came back at EXACTLY what the original bill was — a rare find in contractors today.

I was glad to see how well they cleaned up the area after they were done with the job. You almost couldn't tell they'd been there.

Brian is a caring and knowledgable owner. He went as far as to replace a single shingle that was missing on the roof at no charge :) I'm totally happy with the gutters too!!!
