Very professional but friendly

Miles home improvement did an amazing job Pressure washing our home. Our home is three sides brick with siding in the back. We thought we needed a paint job on our siding and gutters, instead they made them look like new! They were professional, courteous, on time, and did high quality work. I highly recommend them for your pressure washing needs, great value! I plan to hire them again for another project.

Getting this dishwasher installed has been an adventure. I purchased from Home Depot and paid to have it installed. When it arrived they could not do so because there was a small cabinet between the sink and dishwasher so it sat in my garage while I sought someone who would be willing to do the job. After reaching out to multiple people I finally found Mr. Miles. When I called I left a message and received an immediate call back. An appointment was set for a couple of days later. He came out, began the job and discovered the door of the dishwasher was damaged. I asked him to hold off finishing until I could find resolution to the damage. Once I knew how the damage would be taken care of, I called Mr. Miles again and he returned that day to finish the job. He was friendly, professional, and willing to work with me when things went a bit sideways. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt and professional. Had a difficult time installing a garbage disposal but tirelessly kept at it until the job was completed. They also helped me install a new faucet that I tried to do it myself. Their prices were reasonable and I was totally satisfied with their work. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
