He was extremely professional and fixed my problem quickly. He then came later when my unit stopped on a Sunday and had the part by Monday and has it fixed by noon. With temperatures in excess of 100 degrees his promptness was life saver.

Miles helped me out tremendously. My tenants a/c went out and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He worked around my tenants work hours, called me with the price while there and fixed it on the spot. My tenant was very happy and she says everything works fine. I would recommend him to others. "Customer had previously had an new condenser installed by a different company and was feed up with the lack of cooling of the system and the contractor coming back several times without get the unit to run properly told the homeowner the other contractor did not install unit with proper freon level I told what it need to be run to proper operations that had spent a significant amount with the other company and didn't want to pay for additional work they were charged a service fee for finds and time due to previous bad service they may frustrated with the other company and have to Miles mechanical a service fee we agree before arrival"
