Write a ReviewHad new garage doors installed about 90 days ago. Called them out for the first service issue, I have to say they came right away. Now one door wont raise at all. They are out of business. Phone numbers are disconnected.
Victor did great job
Good
What a fantastic company and service. Itâ s so refreshing to see an old fashioned and quality performance especially by young individuals! Josh B. and Jonathan not only did a fantastic job, but also their manners, honesty and integrity impressed me. They patiently spent time to fix our garage door problem, did a fantastic job and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this company to all Houstonians.
THERE WAS A SNAG IN THE ORIGINAL WORKMANSHIP; I CONTACTED HERO REGARDING TO FLAW, AND THE HERO TEAM CORRECTED THE ISSUES AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE TEAM WORK AND FINISHED PRODUCT. THEY GAVE ME 100% OF THEIR COMMITTMENT AND EFFORT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THANK YOU TO JOSH, JOHN, MATTHEW, AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO COORDINATES IT ALL VIA THE OFFICE/PHONE! SEMPER FI.
Called Hero Garage because they advertised a location two miles from my house. Turned out to be a residence address. Charged $260 for 20 minutes of work. The spring costs $60. To maintain your warranty, they charge $180 for an inspection after two years (sent a service request card claiming to be veteran owned and operated but provide no address). The technician had a "take it or leave it attitude" when questioning why they refused to provide a quote before coming out. . Very unprofessional. This is not a company, but a referral service. Hire someone that owns their own business.
Not cheapest around, but excellent customer service.
These guys did a great job with installing my new and very much improved garage door. They explained the whole process ahead of time, gave me an estimated time of completion, it did run a little over the estimated time due to several damaged panels. The technician had to return to the warehouse to exchange the damaged panels. During that time the other technician continued the installation with the damaged panels instead of waiting, which was smart. When the technician returned with the new panels, all they had to do was replace the panels. Excellent job! The garage door is extremely quiet, when opened manually. You only sound you hear is the electric garage door opened, HUGE difference over my last garage door. The technicians were courteous, professional and skilled at their job. The ONLY downside they were a little more expensive, BUT I feel they offered more, better materials and a full 7 year warranty that material and installer issues.
Not cheapest around, but diagnosed problems and discussed various levels ( and Prices) of correction available so we could choose. Courteous/friendly.
Friendly, professional and skilled. Thanks.
