Fraud. Took the money and never did the job Stay away from. Them. Crooks They took payment upfront and never did the work

Lucas should not be in business. He does not know how to talk to a customer especially when his finished work is terrible. He becomes defensive and makes untrue accusations when told he needs to come back and finish the job properly to get the final payment. Instead, he sends guys who are unable to communicate and thinks that is okay. He even went so far as to tell me that he will come to my apartment and rip the floor out if he is not paid and he did not care if I called the police. More things were said by Lucas which leads me to believe that he does not know how to solve a problem like the professional he calls himself. Very rude. I am sure he will deny any of my responses and call me a liar. I have never gone on Angis list to look for a contractor before and I will never look again.

The only thing would be the fact that I talked with him 7 times and he told me someone would come each time and no one ever did.

The crew was very professional and worked quickly and throughly. Their workmanship was so impressive and the finished result looks great! Would definitely recommend this team.

The contractor was not qualified for work contracted and when confronted with bad work, nothing but a big defense; then he quit leaving me with work paid for, which had to be undone and fixed by a qualified new contractor.

They work very hard to accommodate your needs.

Lucas was very thorough and informative during our consultation for a first floor half bathroom partial renovation. New floors, vanity and new toilet look amazing, and at a reasonable price. He provided great advice and was flexible when I made changes half way through our project. The work was done quickly with no issues. The final result was beautiful. Very pleased!

Project: removal of carpet on 3 sets of stairs and the second floor. replace stairs with hardwood and put down vinyl planks in the second floor. They did excellent work. Quick, clean and on budget. I will call them for any other projects.

Militao Services did the initial service but did not completed it properly. The sides of the flooring were not properly installed. I contacted them 7 times to have it finished correctly but they only lead me on saying they would be there the next day and on but no one came to fix it.

So my honest review of Lucas who runs this business was a bit of a roller coaster. After not showing up for our agreed day and having home advisor call him he finally agrees to come around weeks later. After we came to the agreement of two coats for my ceiling that never became the case. I will admit I never questioned him on the one quote after paying him as it appeared fine but the paint was still so wet. After a few hours of drying, I notice it bled through some paint stains as it was never primed with a stain blocker from what normally would happen. I send Lucas photos of the spots that needed to be addressed and after several days I have not heard from him. To bad cause, he is a nice guy but professionalism is not there with him.

Lucas and his crew painted my bathroom and redid my stairs from foyer to living room . They are professional and very nice to deal with. Will hire them again for any future projects.

Lucas and crew were a pleasure to work with. They brought us a number of options with different costs. We easily chose an option that worked for our budget. Lucas did all the "heavy lifting" and provided us an amazing master bedroom and heated bathroom floor. We are so pleased. Will will be using them in the future.
