Nice people who did a good job, with a little oversight. Not cheap but they came right away and left the home looking very good. I might have been able to find someone less expensive but not on 12 hours notice and their work was comparable to others we have hired in the past. In an emergency, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Did not use industrial carpet equipment, and he was aware it would require such. Also, did not clean the apartment well at all. New tenants I had move in that morning were not happy they arrived at their new apartment and saw it was dirty. Had to have another company come in immediately the morning of the move in to clean after they already "cleaned". Apartment was not in move in condition for tenant. Lance is a nice man, but not the company we were hoping for.

Military Standard Cleaning they didn't do as thorough of a job as had thought. My shower was not cleaned properly at all but they did come back to do the work. I was not very impressed overall with the service.

Lance and his team are extremely thorough. The house needed a deep cleaning and they did not disappoint. They are professional, dependable, efficient and courteous. I have hired them twice and will hire them on a monthly basis going forward.

They were extremely professional and helped us out when my family was going through a tough time. My Elderly mom fell and broke her arm and can't clean the house and I have a dad who has dementia also living there. I hired them from Florida and they called me and made arrangements to meet with my sister who was there in NY at my parents home. She told me that she was greatly impressed by their professionalism and the job they did.

I am pleased with the cleaning done by Military Standard staff and Lance Myles. Lance is very accommodating to a change in the schedule when necessary. Staff are efficient and friendly.
