The Gentleman came on a Sunday so reliable yes, with that reliability comes cost. Double the cost, wasn't told on the phone it would be double other wise I would have waited one day until Monday. During normal business hours I would definitely call him again!

I called on a Saturday around noon on a holiday weekend. Our AC was not cooling correctly. Mark came out by 3:00PM, topped up my refrigerant and had us good again. He did not charge a premium for Saturday service or for a holiday weekend. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I'll keep his name for any future HVAC needs down here at the beach.

Mark was quick to call back, arrived when he said he would, was very polite and professional. He was honest in saying he could not repair our unit because he was unfamiliar with "water" furnaces. He gave us the name of a company that can possibly help us.

I called the owner Mark around 5:30 pm on a Friday afternoon with an AC problem. He exceeded my expectations by first finding a part to fix the AC, coming from a distance from another site, and working outside by the light of a flashlight to fix the AC. His wife, Heather, came with him to assist if needed. They are exceptionally nice people. I really enjoyed meeting them. Would highly recommend this business!
