Mike not only fixed the clogged drain, but explained why it wasn't properly draining and how we may be able to fix it in the future. Very knowledgeable about code and extremely helpful.

Very pleasant, not scary like some plumbers I've opened my door to. Took care of the problem, reasonably priced. Only drawback - took too many phone calls while working.

The service man was on time,friendly,polite and very informative. I never had a sump pump in our other house, so I didn"t know much about them. The serviceman answered all questions.

I was NOT thrilled that my floor was totally scratched up from the removal of the old water heater and water was dripped everywhere carrying the old water heater out. I was not happy that the owner said I would have everything in writing before the repair was made. All I received was a general receipt with his name on it. I also asked for the license to install the water heater so that the County could come inspect afterward. I was asked to give a week for them to produce that. That was not done, and no contact has been made to me. At this point, due to the damage to my floor, and lack of licensing, I would not recommend the Company. If this was rectified, I would recommend them.
