Retaining Wall Installation
I had them deliver dirt to my home and they dammaged my gutter and refused to pay the $300 to fix it. They said it was my fault because the ground was too soft yet they still delivered two other loads after that so that doesn't even make sense. I even told them if they could find somebody cheaper that's fine with me but again no response. Really bad customer service.

I had them deliver dirt but one of the trucks damaged my gutters and they said it was my fault and wouldn't pay the $300 to fix it. I said if they could get it done cheaper that is up to them. I am fishing they aren't insured. Really bad customer service.

Very easy to work with. Excavated and installed a new boulder retaining wall for an older home in a tight space. The value of the job was very fair. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Joe and Josh were incredible. They prepared our backyard for an underground trampoline and planted some trees for us. Super professional, kind, patient, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys.

Retaining Wall Installation
I Was a little anxious.. but Joe was patient and put me at ease. His crew, Jesus and Joshua did a great job! Rocks look great! (retaining wall) my neighbors were impressed not only with the out come but also how well they cleaned up during and after the project was done. Thank you Joe for your patience and answering all my questions! I would definitely recommend millcreek!

They weren't as careful about damaging turf on ingress and egress as I would have hoped, although they did attempt to do so. The excavating equipment they had to use was not on tracks, but wheels. They were careful to be sure the excavation was done to my specs and disposed of the removed material as agreed, as well as scattering the gravel I provided. All in all, I would definitely use them again.
