I would have done it, my health keeps me from doing things, so that the screws were hidden. The job was done right, and it did not take long, I just woul have placed a couple of the screws differently to hid them.

Joe Millea installed facia after he put a new roof on .I had him repair it twice as it continued to fall down . It is now completely off. No I would not hire him again . He also informed the people that painted my house that it was in really bad shape and they should charge me almost 1200.00 more than they actually did because the house did not need to be scraped or repaired in anyway. He told them he was just trying to get them more money . I now am in the position to hire anyone that knows how to repair and fix his work . I will never recommend or hire Millea Construction again.

Joe was ham-stringed by inexperienced help that made more work for others that had to repair mistakes. He did make it right in the end. I made a personal mistake by giving final payment before site was cleaned up i have not received an answer from the contractor as to when they plan to pick up.

Great job on the roof ! It looks amazing and very similar to the old one. Did great work at a reasonable price and very quickly as well.

soffit work looks good and went quickly, replacing exterior door and frame is poor didn't pull the flashing wrap around the old door. new door was installed with air leaks with compression seals so must not be true.

For a long time I wanted to extend my existing deck and replace my old slider with a new French door. From the first conversation with Joe I felt very comfortable. My expectations were well exceeded not only with how quickly the project was completed but the quality of the work. I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past but this one was very smooth with no stress whatsoever. I look forward to using Joe and his crew in the future!!

I hired Joe and his team to renovate my bathroom. His work was amazing and I could not be happier with the outcome. He expanded the square footage of my master on-suite and installed floor to ceiling tiles in the shower. He even added a last minute built in shelf for my bathroom items (at no extra cost)! Millea Construction was fantastic, the charged me hundreds less then the competitors estimates, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a new wall installed. Millea Construction did the framing, drywall, texturing, trim, and door install. The quality of the work was good, but there were some minor cosmetic issues after they were finished. Joe was extremely good to work with though and the cost of the project was very reasonable. I plan to hire them again for another project in the future.
