Even though the worker was late, arriving in the morning still and did an excellant job in cleaning the back yard. May decide after January of Hiring again for some work to be done. No sure, a lot depends on my health.

Bryan Lutz & son, David, were extremely responsive to offer their services, responded by house call w/in one day (and on a holiday no less), considering the initial call was made on a Sunday to request the door repair, their charge to complete was very reasonable and more than fair considering their services, courtesies and the half-our drive to arrive, highly recommend them for any job, Thank You Bryan & David ><><><

Pros: Fast/nice job pwr wshng trex deck. Wshed 2 doors 4 free. So, hired to extnd trex deck. Cons: Wks of drama, $400 lost for no work cmplted. MF overconfident, oversold, underdeliver'd. Said he could get same trex deck. Let my guard dwn due to MF personality. MF asked for 2K material deposit. Days pass-no samples, no sign of MF. MF could not find same trex planks but wanted to start work asap. I asked for time to decide, then later askd for 2K back. He said 2K was non-refundable! Later, MF agreed to give 1600 back. I did not want to lose all 2k so agreed. MF ignored calls for days. I called frm local #, answerd. Met MF in FWB to get 1600.

"Very very sorry the way this project went down but sometimes you run into problems like this on decision-making and unable to make a decisions. On the money part it was a non-refundable deposit but I did refund 1600 and kept the 400 for administrative costs and my travel time back and forth trying to get a decision made.. Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a garage door and opener replacement quote. Family owned business--very kind, courteous--eager to get the job done right. Although I provided a list of items I wanted, Brian did seem to have difficulty remembering the exact items I requested for my new door. But after some calm discussion, he procured exactly the grade/quality of door I requested in my quote (170mph wind rated, double sided steel, insulated door. Although he was not able to get the Liftmaster door opener I originally wanted he called and offered a equally comparable Genie 3/4 HP belt drive. Workmanship good. Thanks
