Fast service

Very responsive.Reasonable cost.

Fast and efficient. I highly recommend them. Dakota is fantastic

Simply the best. Contacted us immediately and roof repair done so quickly and for LESS than insurance estimate. Did perfect job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. Seriously, do not bother shopping around. It does not get any better than this company.

the response from them was great and they even took the initiative to google my address to see if they had shingles to match my color ( which they did ). He was here the next day and on time. I had damage from a storm and another was scheduled so I needed the work done quickly. they exceeded my expectations!

Dakota was very polite and professional and explained what had to be done in a understandable way. I highly recommend him

Repair ridge vent and caulk. Dakota contacted me after my inquiry. He was out the next day. And eventho the weather was not very cooperative he got the job done. And the price was right. I would highly recommend Millenial. Sharon Z. York PA

Dakotas says what he is going to do and he actually does it. Shows up on time. Excellent communication. Would recommend. Honest and reliable!!!

Dakota was very responsive and very professional. He was upfront from the beginning and helped us with our specific abnormal situation. We are very pleased and will be using him again in the future!

He recommend to a friend or colleague

Exactly what I wanted them to do. Good price. Told me to call with any problems or whatever when they were done and they'll take care of them. Even gave me a little slack on estimate because I'm a vet.

Called them and they arrived on time told them my problem and showed Dakota where the water was coming in at and he assed the problem to a roof boot that goes over a pipe sticking out of the roof. He went up and checked the old boot and saw that it was cracked all the way around the rubber part . So he replaced with new boot . Just in time too cause a few hours later it rained really hard and no leaks. I would recommend this home services company too all my friends and to anyone living in the York, PA area. He did an outstanding job.

On time, great price, and they do very nice work. Will definitely use them again.

Millennial Home Services responded to my request for a quote quickly. Dakota arrived at our appointment time promptly. He did an inspection of the area in need of the repair. We decided how to proceed and the job was done in two days, The pricing was fair. Dakota is very pleasant. I would recommend Millennial for any roofing concerns you may have.

We had to diagnose whether or not a roof was leaking after a home inspection. Dakota from Millennial Home Services came out and gave an honest assessment of the property. Some companies try to up-sell in that position. Dakota performed an honest inspection. Highly recommend.

Initial meeting was good and helpful. They provided a small service to me at no charge. That was much appreciated. However we established a bid for their service and put plan together for them to complete the work. It has been six (6) days and I have not heard back from. Either to perform the work or to cancel. So now the leak in my roof continues while I search for another more reliable company.

Very Professional competent, courteous, and accommodating Really outstanding

They were prompt and responsive. They helped us out very quickly and we are pleased with the results

Millennial Home Service was great! Came out on time and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them to do your home projects!

Dakota responded promptly and gave me options based on my budget. The weather did not cooperate with any of this project. He communicated every step of the way and when the weather broke he was here. I liked his work so much that I hired them again for another roof replacement over my garage. Same great service there also.

Dakota is a very professional and curtious young man. He called right away came to look the job over gave a great price, and gave me a time when he could start.
