Mr. R. Barlett was amazing on painting my Rec Room. He explained what was needed and how he would accomplish the job. He made sure to keep me informed on the process. Outstanding work in a timely manner for a great cost. I will be using him again and highly recommend him if you are looking for a real professional.

Rich was very pleasant to work with, did a very good job cleaning the aluminum siding on my house and used quality cleaning products. The mistake was mine in that I didn t ask approximately how long the job would take before agreeing to the price. It was a flat fee for the project which came out to be $137.50 per hour. The cost of the cleaning supplies was an additional $150.00. I am very pleased with the work and chalk up the price as a learning experience on my part.

"House had nasty algae staining and required a lot of hand scrubbing to get clean. High areas had to be overcome and the job was very difficult with high risks. The job also included pressure washing a very large deck. Good value for the size of the house and deck."
