The lady that works the phone lines was quite rude. The gentlemen that came to install however were nice. I did not like the lady's attitude and she seemed to be bothered by questions. Not a good representation of the company.

They were professional, and worked with me on a schedule to do the work. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time, and were done quickly and to my satisfaction. The important thing is that I would call them again for glass replacement or anything else they do. Their price was also fair. I am very happy with their performance.

Doug was very prompt. He came in measured and my new window was installed within 48 hours. I appreciate the fact they cleaned up after their work to ensure my son did not step on any glass that may have been left on the floor. I would definitely do business with them again.

Your delivery of the glass was very fast, the installer was very helpful and new his job well. I did not like the fact that i received a price of $100.00 for the two pieces of glass then an hour later it change to $150.00. I felt taken. They said they could get the window in a few days. It's been two weeks. I have to call them and keep ridding there back just to find out when they are coming to install. Well, today is the big day for the installation and they were to arrive between 8-12 am. It's currently 12:30 no phone and keep getting the run around when I call Debbie. Would not recommend them!!!!!!!!!!! Update, They arrived at 1:30 and were very friendly and professional. It appears they did a very good job of installing and cleaning up. This company needs to be up front and honest with their customers. People only want you to do what you say you will do.

"We gave customer an install date based on a conversation on the phone. When we acess job glass took a little longer to make (1 week). The average tempature at the time of the sale was 20 degrees and 40 mile an hour winds. It is unsafe and unreasonable to expect install in these conditions."

The Staff at Millennium Glass were very courteous and prompt in returning my call (which so happen to be on a Sunday); coming out to measure the window within the time quoted and approximately 45 mins. to an hour after I contacted them and speaking with Donna on the phone. The glass was replaced the very next a.m. The technician was prompt in coming out and cleaned up after himself. I like this very much being some individuals don't always clean up their mess. I would recommend Millennium Glass Contractors to my friends and anyone else; oh, the price was reasonable as well. Thank You for a fine job!

They responded to our request immediately and had a contractor out the next day to meet with us. The contractor diagnosed the problem with our windows and suggested a possible repair, even though they were not able to do the actual repair. Our problem was not related to what they do. They were very responsive to our need.

The service was very efficient but I was not to thrilled with the contractor arriving extremely earlier then scheduled, do to him having a larger price contract at an early time as well. With proper scheduling i think that would make all customer base feel as valuable as the next customer. Which in turn would give Millenium Glass a perfect score in service installations & customer service.

horrible from start to finish. extremely poor customer service. they seem to not care much about small jobs, residential customers will not be a priority for them at all.
