Partial outage, they responded ASAP and quickly determined that the problem was a 'phase' outage and that Duke Power needed to be contacted. I guess considering that this was a utility issue, they did not charge me for the call. I will use them again!

MLS Electric installed 2 new outlets, checked our panel box after an inspector said it may have issues, added a dimmer switch, and covered some open outlets. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely prompt--they were able to come the same day I called.

Excellent experience. Andres repairs and replaced an outdoor outlet. I wasn’t even home. He accessed the electrical panel in my garage and did his thing. He’s the type of electrician that you can count on.

MLS was on time and professional letting me know which tech was coming to the hose. They installed 3 ceiling fans and a new outlet for my screened in porch. They were a little pricey I think but professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done. They wore foot coverings and cleaned.
