Remodeling is stressful but Todd and crew completed our kitchen efficiently and quickly. I am impressed enough to hire him again for two bathroom remodels and I expect them to go as smoothly. Todd recently came back a year after completion to tweak a nitpick and resolve my issue. He's smart and savvy and straight forward.

We hired Todd, Drew, and their sons to remodel our master bath, replace the floor in our guest bath, and replace the toilets in all three bathrooms. Overall, we are happy with the results. There were no crazy unexpected expenses after the estimate, which was the best part. Todd also set up the electrician, carpet guy, and glass shower door installer for us so we did not have to contract those jobs out ourselves and coordinate work amongst the different contractors. The project was estimated to take about 3 weeks since Thanksgiving was in the first week of it but end up taking about 5 to 6 total due to some unexpected, uncontrollable delays. As for the process, everything worked out well. Although there was quite a bit of dust that got into our master walk-in closet and right outside the bathroom door into the bedroom, the floors stayed fairly clean since they made sure to lay down paper and plastic wherever they would walk at the start of the project. Other than the expected dust, the messes were manageable for a full-on construction project occurring in the farthest end of our home. Since we did this project in the middle of a pandemic, I also made sure to clean and sanitize the hell out of everything when we got home from work each day to keep the risk of infection down. Once everything was done and we were given our house key back, initially, I was a little disappointed in some of the finishing touches. Luckily, those are things not easily noticeable from farther away or things that we can fix on our own. It also needed a good cleaning to make it feel like the project was complete. Even with the setbacks, dust, little imperfections here and there, and required daily deep cleaning during the process, we are happy with the result. They had a competitive bid and did a great job updating our master bath.

We were very happy with the work Todd and Drew did on our bathroom project, which included a total reworking of one bathroom, including installing a large tiled shower enclosure, and an update of a second bathroom. We would definitely use them on another project. Todd was very flexible, which worked well for us as we desired to control much of the project, doing our own design work, materials, painting, etc. to save some money. He helped us solidify a plan that worked for us, Since we were working on both of our bathrooms, they were careful to minimize the impact on our daily lives and worked with us to coordinate timing so we were never without a bathroom.

Todd & Drew recently completed a master bathroom renovation for us. Between the initial meet and Demo Day 1, my husband and I made some serious changes to our design (can you say scope creep??). It now included some complicated installs and some very unique (read: expensive) pieces, where mistakes could prove catastrophic to the overall function, schedule, and budget of the project. *Gulp* While I felt like my head was spinning, Todd and Drew never missed a beat! They reviewed and re-reviewed all plans with us, read through materials and schematics prior to us receiving any of our items so that they were familiar with any quirks or pre-requisites for installation, and they engaged in proactive communication regarding their concerns as well as ours. Todd would often comment on how he came up with an idea or a better solution for a particular approach in the middle of the night, waking him from his sleep â not something you hear often from contractors, who, more times than not, just want to get in and out as soon as possible. This level of care and attention to detail brought great comfort to my husband and I. As with all construction and remodel projects, we came upon our fair share share of issues and delays *enter COVID-19 world wide pandemic*. The team at Millennium One took these challenges on and owned them like they were renovating their own homes. As to the quality of the work, letâ s just put it this way - when the various shower glass estimators comment out loud that the folks in the office will never believe that the measurements of the tiled shower are so even, you know you chose the right team for the job.

It took a bit longer than we expected but we are happy with the results. I would hire them again.

Some details of our project were overlooked... perhaps because he took the time to fit us in when he was so busy... which we appreciate... but all in all did a good job. Thanks.

We were very fortunate to find Todd and Drew from Millennium One Homes, Inc. We experienced water leak that led to a total disaster in the Master Bathroom in our luxury rental home. We searched Home Adviser and found Millennium One Homes Inc.; not only did Todd of Millennium One reach out to us immediately but he provided us an excellent, detailed, and extremely competitive bid within a couple of business days. Todd worked with my partner in an incredibly collaborative manner to design the restoration of the Master Bathroom. His insight and experience was key to producing a work of art, which is exactly what the bathroom is now. The tile work, which was quite extensive and intricate, was flawless, We have had an incredible amount of responses and reviews from not only family, friends, but from others in the construction community on Bainbridge Island on the quality and beauty of the tile work. Additionally, Todd gave very candid feedback on the tile we selected and gave us leads to find the right materials for the job. We were challenged with some our ideas and concepts but Todd's assistance led us to find the right bathroom components to complete the vision. Drew, Todd's partner, is an amazing craftsman. He is very personable and neat! He kept the work area as clean as it could be and built a great relationship with our tenants. Drew was always on top of communication with me at all times and very punctual despite coming all the way from Pt. Townsend. In conclusion, Todd is a great guy and so is Drew. Both make Millennium One Homes, Inc. a company that I will keep using well into the future and beyond our Master Bathroom restore.

Nice guy, straight shooter, honest and patient

I hired them for an addition and remodel in my bathroom. All of tile work was excellent; the tub,sinks counter tops and cabinet installation was excellent; creative collaboration for design was good; The owner was professional and the work he performed was well executed but there were some small issues related to the work of the subcontractors. However, Millennium One Homes was forthcoming in seeking resolution for all issues related to their subcontractors.
