We were trying to get our house ready to put it on the market. There were a few "problem" areas in our house that needed attention. The two biggest problems were a broken hot tub that needed to be removed and a deck that had to be rebuilt as the hot tub had been set in to the decking, and a shower that no longer drained into a pipe. The deck looks fantastic and the sad old hot tub is long gone. The shower not draining properly was only the tip of the iceburg of plumbing problems under a cement floor. Rick was able to fix it all at a very reasonable price and very quickly. Now the whole house looks wonderful and has already sold. Rick was a wonderful professional to work with.

Rick stained the exterior of our house. His rates were very reasonable, he communicated well and the quality of his work was certainly satisfactory. He also did some small carpentry jobs (replaced a wood post, replaced some slats on our wooden chimney, etc., and did an excellent job with those.

HE WAS CHEAPER AND HE WORKED HARD IN THE SUMMER HEAT... THE PAINTED PARTS OF THE HOUSE LOOK GOOD...BUT HE GOT PAINT ALL OVER MY WINDOWS / PATIO FURNITURE / HOT TUB COVER ECT...I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
