The project was completed on a timely basis. The roof replacement began and ended on time actually early. The crew was polite and except for the noise of the roof removal and replacement did not bother me at all. They cleaned up their work and conducted the removal of the roof debris promptly. They were efficient. The cost was per the estimate. I am pleased with their work. The project manager Dustin was able to schedule an appointment to give me an estimate and did give me an estimate. I'm satisfied.

Had my roof replaced by this company. They walked me through the insurance process. Guys showed up to do the work, they kept the yard clean, had someone on property overseeing the whole job. Salesrep came by inspected the roof, very nice gentleman. I’d recommend them to do my friends roofs .

Bottom Line - You're not going to find better people, price, or workmanship! John (sales) and Jeremy (owner) are men of faith and integrityâ their word is their bond. No-pressure sale, listened to help us define our needs, install was on a windy day, but everything was cleaned up. Jeremy even brought my wife some replacement plants that the workers accidentally trampled. Love our new roof and more importantly, love being able to work with a company I can trust.

They worked me in to their schedule promptly. They knocked the whole thing out in one day! The workmanship and materials were very good. Their clean up and respect for the property was very good. There were some added repairs that needed to be made after the tear off revealed some damage and they fixed it seamlessly and quickly and in accordance with their estimate. Also, Mr. Sanchez was very responsive and communicated well as I am an out-of-town owner of the property. Overall, very satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with everything from start to finish on this project! Bill Sanchez, the estimator-salesman-project manager, did a great job of explaining each step to us. He became more of a friend-in-the-business as he explained the various steps to us. He met with our insurance adjuster, advised us on the type of shingles to buy and even let us know about a special deal with one of their vendors that allowed us to upgrade for the same price. He also suggested additional roof venting to allow more of the trapped heat to escape. The roofing crew were great and despite the heat, did a wonderful job! Heartily recommended!

Within one week after signing the contract they were on the job, working dawn to dusk. Clean up was excellant

Millennium did a great job. I had a little difficulty getting quote faxed to me, and subsequent scheduling. However Millennium was about 30% cheaper than the other quotes and did an excellent job.

I found the company to be fair and honest. Fantastic workmanship by each crew. My house looks amazing now. The siding is absolutely beautiful. We also had interior work done which they did a great job. Millennium will treat you right.
