We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work

David Jackson and his crew did an outstanding job for us painting our home and repairing a significant portion of the hardy plank and framing under our front porch. The crew was professional, friendly and willing to spend time answering questions. David also personally took the time to explain concerns he saw with the house and made some recommendations to us going forward. I'd highly recommend hiring Millenium.

Dave and his crew were the best. Dave's estimate was not the cheapest, but the time he took to explain how he planned to do the job and the products he would use was far superior to other contractors. Dave and crew's attention to detail and close coordination with us was outstanding. I am very pleased with the outcome; truly a quality job well done!

Dave, Julie and their crew are wonderful! The work was done in a very timely manner, they left things clean, they went above and beyond in every way possible. Julie was great. Dave is very dedicated to doing things the right way and has an eye for details, and Alan, Larry and Shawn who did the work were super! I would highly recommend their services! Dave and Julie and their team painted our old home, garage and shop. They did a wonderful job. in a very timely manner. They were a pleasure to work with and we would certainly seek their services for other home jobs.

Dave took 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom and created al master suite. He enlarged and upgraded the bathroom and made one elegant bedroom. Dave is a perfectionist and the work reflects it. He is also very creative and loves his job. We couldn't ask for more: The remodel is beautiful, artistic and practical, the price reasonable, and he and his crew were a delight to have around--polite, respectful and fun. Millennium Specialties exceeded our expectations and more!

Millennium Specialties built us a "street of dreams" bathroom. They began with a tiny bathroom and spare bedroom, and transformed it into a bathroom beyond our expectations. Dave works well with his own employees and subcontractors. He kept my wife and I in the loop and made adjustments as the work unfolded. Probably the best endorsement I can give, is that when we do our kitchen remodel in the future, we will only allow Millennium Specialties to do the work.

Dave is an excellent job with my house exterior painting. He was great to work with from quote to finish. He was sensitive to our timing issues with our home owners association and did a great job working at our schedule. I am very glad I chose Dave and his company Millennium Specialties to paint my house. I will be using him again for additional remodel jobs around my house.
