Renee (owner) is a professional. She gave a quote right on the phone just by asking the square footage of the house. She was punctual. She and her crew did a very good job in cleaning up the mess left behind by the tenant .

Always check the work before paying. Get everything down on a physical piece of paper and always get price before work is started. Do not let them talk over you. CHECK BOTH WORKERS. BACKGROUNDS. ONE IS TRUE AND ONE IS NOT WELL. GET RECEIPTS!

I am so impressed with owner Reneeta Miller and the staff who accompanied her on the full house cleaning - literally top-to-bottom - for my in-home, Hospice-care cousin who has been physically unable to maintain her home for many months. From the very first contact, Ms. Miller did not allow this future customer to â fall through the cracksâ ... she was gently persistent in her correspondence ... asking if there was anything that she could say to assist me in making a decision. No other provider who replied initially even followed-up past the initial reply via HomeAdvisors. The quality of work was terrific.... with attention to detail even on areas that â donâ t showâ . The kitchen was completely cleaned (emptying all cupboards before wiping down all internal and external surfaces); thorough wipe-down of all surfaces including ceiling fans, lamps, tops of blinds and curtain rods - not just superficial â dustingâ ; moving lighter pieces of furniture to access all areas, while completely cleaning under and behind heavier furniture; wiping down all of the vertical blinds (every single panel); shampooing all carpets and then going back to hand-tackle stubborn stains; bathrooms cleaned on every single surface; and floors completely mopped and stains removed. There is great pride in this businessâ s mission: a smile on each personâ s face, genuine interest (but no wasted time!) on the part of every team member when addressing the concerns of this customer; double-checking each area of the house on the part of Ms. Miller; and a fair price for both customer and business. If you need a thorough job completed on your home, do yourself a favor and at least meet Ms. Miller ... let her see your job and bid on the project. You will be pleased. I already have planned with Ms. Miller to have her return periodically to keep my cousinâ s home in the same great condition in which the Miller Cleaning crew left it. The ladies were right on time and wasted no time in getting started. My house has been needing service for several months as I am disabled and find it hard to do continuous cleanings. Each, of two, took one end of the house by storm. I explained what I felt needed to be done and they did. I am and will happy to utilize their services in the future.

Prompt, friendly, thorough

I hired Miller Cleanong Pros for a deep cleaning of a new house that I had just purchased. The house was not horribly dirty, but you could tell the previous owners neglected it a bit. The first problems I had with this company started with trying to get an appointment. I called many times and they would not answer their phone. I think they were screening my calls (my phone number is from out of state), because when I called with my wife's phone, they picked up right away. I scheduled my appointment for later that week and so began the biggest waste of $200 I'd ever purchased. On the day of, they showed up 2 hrs early because they forgot when the appointment was. I was in the house with a contractor at the time and told them they had to come back later. When they came back, I let them in, left (the house was still empty), and came back when they were finished. I asked if they wanted payment on the spot and they said no, they would send me an invoice for me to pay later. I continued to go about my day running errands. They said me the invoice within the next hour, then proceeded to call and email me several times throughout the day seeking immediate payment. I had my phone on silent and missed all of this so they continued to chase me. Their last voicemail said they need payment so they can pay their staff and go home for the day. If they needed the money immediately, why not take it in person? The whole situation was bizarre. When i actually got the chance to sit in the house and look around, I saw that they barely cleaned anything. They mopped the floors, vacuumed, cleaned the bathtub, and the window blinds, but everything else was filthy. It seems they only cleaned spaces that were immediately visable. For example, they cleaned the bottom side of fan blades, but left the top. Doors and trims were filthy and the first time I turned on the often, I smelt something burning. We had to reclean it to get out all the soot they missed. The dishwasher was equally filthy. Overall they did a terrible job and it was a bad experience. I'd recommend tobanyone reading this to spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

Good for tidy up, not full cleaning. Lights left on, doors unlocked, floors and toilets often left dirty. Called back multiple times to finish clean. Forgot to clean, half cleaned, showed up on non cleaning dates. Cancelled service and am getting harassed that I owe her money for dates I cancelled, weeks ahead of time!

Very respectful, did everything we wanted and more! Even did the windows!

They did a wonderful job. I just moved in and the original company that did the move in cleaning was a joke. Miller Cleaning Pro's came in and made my new home feel like a new home. The shower in the master bathroom was s shade lighter when they were done that is how bad it was. They really came through and I greatly appreciate their quality and professional work.

really happy with Jo & Shannon, took alot of stress off me when I was moving and did a super job! First time I had someone do cleaning for me, 77yo, and you know how us women are, but I am going to have them help me at my new condo! Thanks girls for your great job! :)
