Miller Comfort Systems installed a new AC unit and replaced a gas furnace. They did not provide a final invoice, and therefore I was unable to submit the project for an energy rebate. They are unresponsive to calls and emails. They damaged the cooling coil during installation, and as a result all refrigerant leaked out through the winter. They have been unresponsive to calls and emails for several months. I am pretty sure they are no longer in business, and should not be based on the quality of their work. If they are in business, avoid them at all costs.

Possibly the worst Contractor I have ever hired and I have built many homes in 6 different Counties in Washington State in the past 30 years prior to becoming disabled in a job accident... Being disabled MCS took advantage of my condition as being a person who would have to pay what every amount was demanded for their on site trouble shooting and work on a HVAC system. Over $1,400.00 was charged for a couple visits that did not resolve matters at all. I am still owed money back 8 months later from overpayment of an invoice. The overpayment was to be applied to any remaining work that was necessary. I have been Without heat and Air Conditioning for the past 8 months and the Owner of MCS refuses to complete the repair work they have been paid for already.. They ordered parts for warranty repair work, and now those parts have disappeared. Not a chance in hell I would ever consider calling these clowns. Fraud and Extortion is their Method of Operations as well as taking advantage of those with disabilities.. beware

Received a call from the office almost immediately--got a quote for the service I asked for and made an appointment for the next day. I would highly recommend Miller Comfort Systems!

Scheduling was let's say was interesting. Tech called before coming to let me know what time he world be there and showed up on time. Tech that did the work was very good. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.

He had the part in his truck. Didn't get to see the part, hope it was new??? Needed a new fan. We had heat in two hours!!! Yea!!! So far, very happy. Only thing I wasn't happy with is he left no receipt, nothing, said they would mail it. Personally I don't think that's the right way to do it.

They came out on a Sunday morning on an emergency call,for less than other quotes, and put our minds at ease that our gas furnace wasn't leaking CO, and gave a fair quote for fixing it. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will use them again!

While the issue causing the problem - a bad electronic ignitor switch - was diagnosed and repaired quickly (and I suspected that was the cause, and said so in my initial contact), the technician did not perform any other diagnostics to determine if there were additional electronic problems with my furnace, checking the filter, etc. I was charged the $89.00 for the diagnostic, despite the 10 seconds he took to confirm what I suspected as the original issue. Not sure what the part would have cost, had I elected to perform the repair myself (which was simple enough to have done, despite not being an electrician). Probably could have saved myself the $340, had I elected to do this.

The repair person was on time and got the job done. I didn't like that I got a general emailed receipt that didn't detail what was done. And it would be nice if they could clean up after themselves instead of leaving a mess next to the furnace.

Once Home Advisor found this company, they immediately called. I set up the appointment and asked for a 30 minute window. This did not happen. I called the company, and the phone number was disconnected! I made appointment on Monday and today is Wednesday. I then went online to find the company. They did have me on the schedule, but with the wrong address! Took longer than I expected, but he did find out what the problem was.

Existing furnace was not repairable. They replaced it the next day.

They were able to get me scheduled same day which I appreciate. The technician came and reset a switch on the furnace and got it running again. However the problem is not fixed, I'm disappointed there was no further investigation. I told the tech that the switch had been reset before. I suspect I have a faulty switch and will be replacing it myself. Currently my furnace is back to the same problem of blowing cold air.

Great company to work with! Our furnace went out at 4am on Friday morning. This would have left us without heat in the house. No heat with a two year old, wife, and a new born is not an option! They were the only company willing to try to get heat back over the weekend! They made it out Sunday morning and fixed it promptly. The service was professional and priced decent, especially for working on a Sunday outside of regular business hours! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Business activity was excellent; the installation crew was polite and prompt in their assignment. Very commendable.

Several workers were dispatched, first to install the heat pumps and then to provide the lines from the compressor into the home. All of the employees were on time, cordial, helpful and courteous! Without complaint, each of the employees worked in tandem to provide us with a full ductless heat pump system with three interior Daikin Emura heads fully installed and functioning in under six hours! Before any workers left our home, they thoroughly cleaned all the areas in which they had worked, and left our home even better than they found it! Then, two of the gentlemen stayed behind to teach us everything we needed to know, as to how to operate the system. Additionally, they set up the internet application to allow us to control our units from anywhere in the world! We are truly pleased with the professionalism displayed throughout every aspect of the install. After receiving bids from 5 different contractors/providers, we chose Miller Comfort Systems not only because their prices are highly competitive, but also because they expressed a genuine interest in understanding exactly what we wanted, and focused on clear communication from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend Miller Comfort Systems to anyone in the Greater Puget Sound area! In fact, we would allow Miller Comfort Systems to reach out and ask us to speak directly with prospective customers, should they have any questions and wish to talk directly with another consumer.
