Scheduling was let's say was interesting. Tech called before coming to let me know what time he world be there and showed up on time. Tech that did the work was very good. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.

He had the part in his truck. Didn't get to see the part, hope it was new??? Needed a new fan. We had heat in two hours!!! Yea!!! So far, very happy. Only thing I wasn't happy with is he left no receipt, nothing, said they would mail it. Personally I don't think that's the right way to do it.

They came out on a Sunday morning on an emergency call,for less than other quotes, and put our minds at ease that our gas furnace wasn't leaking CO, and gave a fair quote for fixing it. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will use them again!

While the issue causing the problem - a bad electronic ignitor switch - was diagnosed and repaired quickly (and I suspected that was the cause, and said so in my initial contact), the technician did not perform any other diagnostics to determine if there were additional electronic problems with my furnace, checking the filter, etc. I was charged the $89.00 for the diagnostic, despite the 10 seconds he took to confirm what I suspected as the original issue. Not sure what the part would have cost, had I elected to perform the repair myself (which was simple enough to have done, despite not being an electrician). Probably could have saved myself the $340, had I elected to do this.

The repair person was on time and got the job done. I didn't like that I got a general emailed receipt that didn't detail what was done. And it would be nice if they could clean up after themselves instead of leaving a mess next to the furnace.

Once Home Advisor found this company, they immediately called. I set up the appointment and asked for a 30 minute window. This did not happen. I called the company, and the phone number was disconnected! I made appointment on Monday and today is Wednesday. I then went online to find the company. They did have me on the schedule, but with the wrong address! Took longer than I expected, but he did find out what the problem was.
