Jerry and his crew just finished installing two tile floors and a laundry room countertop. The job they did was superb. They were courteous, prompt and totally fair with pricing. This was a terrible decision. We ended up with holes punched in the drywall, thinset and grout washed out in the front lawn, trash left around the house, and days of cleanup and repair work for me to do. I think Miller got busy and hired a subcontractor to work our site, as the workers were shockingly inexperienced. We would have been better off hiring a neighborhood kid. The final result is average at best.

"First of all, no holes were punched in their drywall. I repaired this to their satisfaction. Before we started this job I discussed the problem of removing existing base board and reinstalling the same base. I explained to Chris that the paint would have to be touched up. I believe he underestimated the time required to do this. In the future I will suggest new base be installed. I have never received a bad review prior to this and I could request reviews from hundreds of customers, and all would say good things."
